Nakamura[中村 平朝臣 寿徳], the initiator of this association. A long time ago, I was working for a small company, and then, I was to work together for a client, largest oil company, ExxonMobil, on their office, due to my knowledge of Information sciences. About 5 years, I have been working with them, in addition, I was in my 20s, therefore, I have gotten a strong impression. Then I had recommended collegues to notice the business style established in America. However the recommendations had not been accepted.  Passing the experience such as above, I had ceased to recommend the advanced business things of America’s. On the long time later, I have joined “Twitter”(now, the SNS is called “X”) that was about to become popular at that time, and I found the account of famous economist, T. C. Schelling, and I wrote a complaint on his tweet. Althouh the compliments sending to him were large numbers, but he had been following me. I was glad and begining to study his work, and then I guessed that the knowledge must be required by Japanese people.  But, there are a few people who try to familiarize it with our society. I think that perhaps his prestigious name is inducing somewhat like an afraid or so on. Therefore, though I have no famous ratings, I decided to begin to the commit myself to the work which familizes the field that opened by T. C.
